Why do you enjoy your job?
I am learning so many different things and gaining numerous skills. I have had the chance to attend many courses, both internally e.g. ‘lunch and learns’ and externally, and this is a great way to learn more about investments. I have had the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks with different people across the department.
Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to, making work an enjoyable experience. My team is also very helpful and encouraging.
How did you get into your job?
During my second year of A Levels I applied to Aberdeen Asset Management* and I started after my A levels. I was looking for different options to university and I came across the Investment2020 website.
What are your future aspirations?
It has been an invaluable experience and I have learnt a lot about the investment industry. Investment20/20 is a great scheme.
