Our Virtual Onboarding session brings new Trainees and Apprentices together at the very beginning of the programme and introduces the sector.
As an Investment20/20 Trainee or Apprentice you will access a series of high-quality development sessions to give you an insight to sector hot topics and will help build your knowledge, skills and confidence.
Building your professional network is a critical part of the Investment20/20 programme. In addition to a peer network of other Trainees and Apprentices, you’ll gain access to senior industry professionals who will share their insights and advice through our Industry Insights sessions.
Investment20/20 Trainees and Apprentices are encouraged to develop their presentation and speaking skills through becoming an Investment Ambassador, sharing their career journey with students in schools, colleges and universities.
