The most challenging thing about this role is the high level of knowledge that is required as we are often the bridge between the client and internal teams. Clients and team members have requests or questions which need to be answered very quickly. As a new trainee with very little knowledge in this area, it can be quite hard to answer the question or know where to direct the query. However, everyone is always willing to help me find the relevant information. Also being able to talk to subject matter experts has helped to build my knowledge and over time my confidence has grown to tackle these questions.
