Why do you enjoy your job?
I enjoy my job because there is always new tasks and projects to be working on, every day is different and I am constantly learning. There is always the opportunity to meet new people, learn about different aspects of the industry and receive training to help fulfil your job role expectations.
What is the most challenging thing about your job?
One of the most challenging things about my job is that there is a lot of industry jargon that is used within the office and learning to understand what everything means can sometimes be slightly overwhelming.
How did you get into your job?
I finished sixth form and went to work for one year, after that year I then applied to the Schroder’s Investment20/20 Trainee Programme. Investment20/20 has helped to create a platform into the Investment industry and I am now working in a highly established company that has many opportunities and future prospects for my career.
How would you sum up your Investment20/20 experience?
I would say that my Investment20/20 experience so far has been very fulfilling, not only have I opened up my career options and opportunities but also broadened my knowledge of the Investment industry and the different job roles you can move into.
