Join JPMorganChase’s Investment20/20 program – a 12-month internship designed for school leavers and graduates from all backgrounds. No prior experience in financial services is required; we welcome diverse perspectives and will support your growth every step of the way.
As an Investment 20/20 Intern, you’ll be part of a vibrant community, gain hands-on experience in Asset Management, and build your professional network. You’ll work full-time in our office, starting in early September 2026. You'll be mentored and part of the Investment20/20 community, offering industry networking opportunities. We offer exciting internship opportunities across various business areas, with a particular focus on Client Services and Operations, including teams such as Client Account Management, Client Reporting, Fixed Income Middle Office, and Sales Support.
Job responsibilities:
• Supporting Daily Operations: Help manage documents, data, and team activities that keep our business running smoothly.
• Enhancing Client Experience: Contribute to projects that improve how we serve our clients.
• Driving Process Improvements: Work on initiatives to simplify and automate our workflows.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Build relationships with colleagues in different departments, including Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
• Responding to Requests: Handle queries and requests from both inside and outside the firm.
• Learning and Growing: Receive training in key soft and technical skills. Study for an industry recognised qualification (CISI Investment Operations Certificate)
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• University Graduation: Graduating between April 2025 – August 2026
• Availability: Able to work in the office 5 days a week.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with others.
• Request Management: Ability to handle both internal and external requests efficiently.
• Prioritization and Multi-tasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks and setting priorities.
• Teamwork: A natural inclination toward working in a team-based, collaborative environment.
Program Period
September 2026 – August 2027

Recruitment Process:
1. Application Review: We’ll assess your application and resume.
2. Video Interview: If selected, you’ll be invited to a HireVue video interview.
3. Zoom Interview: Successful candidates will progress to a Zoom interview.
4. Assessment Centre: Final stage is an in-person assessment on 8 May 2026.
