Our aim is to attract smart and talented school leavers and graduates to join our Asset Management business as trainees and to develop them to be our future leaders. Trainees will be placed within a specialist team for 12 months to gain hands-on experience working in one of the most respected financial institutions in the world, whilst developing their personal and professional skills.
Successful candidates will have training designed to familiarise them with our firm, products, services and culture and will also undertake the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC). This experience is designed to give trainees a platform to launch their career — whether at J.P. Morgan or elsewhere in the industry.
