Careers Booking Form - Investment20/20

I agree to all the points in the Provider Code of Conduct below

By booking and participating in an Investment20/20 workshop, the provider agrees to:

Provide a key contact to liaise with Investment20/20 on all session logistics.
Provide dates and times for the sessions to take place.
Set up a remote learning link on any platform (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.) that complies with their Safeguarding Policy
Ensure there is always a teacher/other appropriate adult in the (virtual or physical) room with students and that the Investment20/20 representative and/or Investment20/20 volunteer will never be left alone with students.
Not to share the contact details of Investment20/20 or an Investment20/20 volunteer without approval from Investment20/20.
Take responsibility for managing student behaviour.
Allow students to access their mobile phone to use Slido or other online polling tools (these will be free for students to use).
Take full responsibility for safeguarding and student welfare.
Make it clear to students that they are not to reach out to Investment20/20 volunteers on any social media platforms. If they have follow up questions they are to email [email protected].
a). Investment20/20 will take photos and films at our events, which could be either Investment20/20 organised events or a partner organisation event.
b). For events where young people register directly with Investment20/20 or partner organisations
Young people will be asked to agree to their image/footage being used as part of the registration process for the event where it is Investment20/20 organised and young people registering directly – this includes our face to face, and online, virtual and video call events and programmes. Where it is a partner organised event, it is the partner organisations responsibility to obtain consent for photography and film.
c). For events where young people attend an Investment20/20 event as part of a school/college group (1 or more students) with a nominated adult from their school/college
We will take photos on the day of the event and the nominated adult attending from the school/college will be asked for permission. This may be verbal or written. It is the school/college responsibility to ensure students attending the event have the appropriate photo permission completed as per their own school/college policy. Photos taken will not be used on social media until school/college approval gained. Investment20/20 staff must delete event photos taken on any photographic device within a 5 day period. Photos must not identify individual students by name.

Please note that whilst Investment20/20 recognises the importance of safeguarding, the responsibility for Safeguarding remains the provider.
