The Role
As a Portfolio Administrator, you’ll sit at the core of our CLO platform and support the smooth running of our portfolios day to day. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers, research analysts, and external partners, gaining hands on exposure to leveraged loans, structured credit, loan documentation, loan trading, as well as the full CLO lifecycle.
This role provides:
• Hands on experience with leveraged loans and CLO structures
• Daily interaction with trading, research, and operations
• A steep learning curve and strong foundation for future roles in credit, operations, portfolio management, or structured finance

What You’ll Do
1. Portfolio Data & Analytics
• Maintain accurate data in our internal portfolio system (Centras)
• Reconcile loan positions and metrics with CLO Trustees
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies using a structured, analytical approach
• Monitor corporate actions and Euroclear voting events
2. Cash & Trade Flow Oversight
• Reconcile daily cash balances across systems
• Forecast upcoming cashflows based on settlement expectations
• Track trade settlements and liaise with counterparties to resolve delays
3. Trade Support & Execution
• Allocate primary and secondary loan trades in ClearPar
• Assist in the middle office workflow for bond trades
• Review trade documentation and confirm settlement compensation
• Ensure all trade activity is accurately reflected in Centras
4. Monthly CLO Reporting
• Review draft Trustee reports for accuracy in portfolio holdings and test results
• Reconcile par values and collateral quality metrics
• Work with Trustees to correct any reporting issues
5. CLO Formation & Governance
• Liaise with CLO Directors and reporting accountants to ensure preparation of timely and complete CLO documentation, accounts and returns
• Oversee funding process for CLO warehouses
• Assist in CLO closing and settlement
6. Operational & Process Improvements
• Identify inefficiencies and propose workflow enhancements
• Contribute to automation, data quality, and risk reduction projects
Who We’re Looking For
This position is particularly well suited for graduates who are:
• Interested in credit, leveraged finance, structured credit, or portfolio analytics
• Detail oriented with strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
• Analytical thinkers with a problem solving mindset
• Clear communicators who enjoy collaborating with others
• Proficient in Excel and eager to learn financial systems
Prior loan operations or CLO experience is helpful but not required — a strong interest in financial markets and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
