Programme information
As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn from passionate and knowledgeable people with invaluable hands-on training. You will have opportunities to take part in team offsites and team building to further enhance your skills, ensuring you stay ahead of the game. We offer hybrid working (a minimum of two days in the office per week) and a generous holiday allowance of 26 days per annum, plus an extra day off on your birthday. The Traineeship will last a total of 20-22 months with an annual salary of £30,000- 35,000.
What are we looking for?
We currently have an open position for a Trainee within our UK Compliance team. This role will provide you with valuable experience and an opportunity to develop expert knowledge as it relates to financial services, with dedicated support and training from the team. If you’re a self-motivated, team player, this is the role for you!
The Team
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, UK/MENA, you will be working closely with a diverse and supportive team of three individuals within the UK. You will also work closely with other departments across the company such as HR, Sales, Investment Solutions and Marketing.
