Programme information
You will join as a trainee as part of the Investment20/20 programme. The Investment20/20 programme has over 50 investment management member firms and has supported over 3,000 young people to start their career in the industry.
As an Administrative Assistant Trainee, you will be introduced to investment management and you will gain industry knowledge, experience and develop relationships to progress your career and develop skills to secure a permanent role. As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
Our trainee programme is a 12-month fixed term contract with a competitive salary and will receive 25 days annual leave. This role is based in London in the Savills Investment Management office in Margaret Street near Oxford Circus and will be 5 days per week in the office.
The Team
The Savills Investment Management London Business Support team consists of 5 employees, supporting c.120 employees of which are 8 Senior Management based in London. You will have the opportunity to work closely with team members. This will be a great opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge and experience of the administration function.

Following successful completion of your traineeship, if there is an opportunity to provide you with a permanent role in the business we will seek to ensure to continue the development of your career in corporate finance.
Responsibilities
Alongside another Administrative Assistant, you will be trained to provide comprehensive support to the London based Investment, Fund Finance, ESG teams and the Head of London Business Support and the Senior Business Assistants, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and effective coordination of meetings, travel, documentation and systems.

Application Process
The interview process will consist of 2 interviews (1 in person, 1 virtual) with various members of the Business Support and HR teams. The first stage interview will include a short exercise to assess your organisational skills, you will be emailed the exercise the night before your interview.
