Job Purpose: Trainee position covering European living investments and Business Development assisting Senior Director – particular focus on IRE student housing (PBSA) investments

Personal Attributes Required
Experience
Entry-level trainee position. No prior experience necessary just an interest in real estate and financial investment market
Knowledge
Computer literate (esp. Excel skills and good knowledge of relevant real estate software) Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint etc)
Other Personal Attributes Required
Analytical and numerate with a high degree of accuracy. Hardworking and proactive individual. Ability to prioritise, confident, self-motivated and articulate. Able to work as part of a small team – primarily assisting Senior Director.
You will join as part of the Investment20/20 Programme
Our Traineeship will introduce you to the world of investment management, allowing you to build industry knowledge, experience and relationships that will benefit your career and provide you with skills to secure a permanent role.
As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will also have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.

Salary: £26,500 per annum

We unfortunately are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme.
