Job Title: Content Marketing Trainee

Job Purpose: As a Marketing Trainee, Content at Invesco, you will support the delivery of content marketing strategies by helping to create and optimise content that drives engagement, supports business objectives, and is continually refined to be as impactful and client centric as possible.

You will play a key role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the EMEA and North America Content teams, working closely with partners across Advisory, Discretionary, Institutional, and Digital Platforms, as well as broader marketing and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in executing content marketing strategies and producing content that supports firm objectives across multiple formats, including articles, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Support the team on ad hoc projects and content initiatives as required, including keeping content calendars and trackers updated, reporting on activity, compliance support, competitor content analysis, and the development of content best practices.
• Utilise and advocate for content analytics, using insights to inform what works, what doesn’t, and how content performance can be improved.
• Leverage AI to deliver high impact content programmes, including enhancing idea generation, content creation, and distribution.
• Adhere to established processes, templates, training, style guides, and best‑practice documentation.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in line with Invesco’s Conduct Principles.

The Invesco Investment Solutions team is a global, client‑centric group of investment professionals based across the UK, U.S., Europe, and Asia. 

The team works closely with clients and investment teams worldwide to deliver goals‑oriented, multi‑asset solutions through advisory consulting, custom portfolio design, and strategic partnerships, drawing on Invesco’s full range of active, passive, factor, and alternative capabilities.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications required for role:

Personal Attributes Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

• A passion for content marketing and/or copywriting desirable but not essential 

• Curiosity, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Competent in using Microsoft programs, in particular, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

You will join as part of the Investment20/20 Programme

Our Traineeship will introduce you to the world of investment management, allowing you to build industry knowledge, experience and relationships that will benefit your career and provide you with skills to secure a permanent role.  

As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will also have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
