Job Purpose: Provides administrative and analytical support to PMs which can include monitoring portfolio performance, conducting statistical analyses, assembling and reviewing data, completing performance attribution analyses, monitoring cash flows and maintaining target allocations.
Develops and executes a broad range of customized investment solutions for institutional clients (e.g., liability-driven investment strategies, portable alpha strategies, customized multi-asset class portfolios).his should be one sentence summarising the purpose of the role.
About the team
The Invesco Investment Solutions team is a global, client‑centric group of investment professionals based across the UK, U.S., Europe, and Asia.
The team works closely with clients and investment teams worldwide to deliver goals‑oriented, multi‑asset solutions through advisory consulting, custom portfolio design, and strategic partnerships, drawing on Invesco’s full range of active, passive, factor, and alternative capabilities.
About the role
In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of asset allocation and support the Investment and Advisory team through portfolio analysis that helps clients understand risk, return, and trade‑offs.
You will contribute to identifying investment solutions aligned with client objectives and support broader Investment Solutions initiatives, including key client projects.
The role involves preparing high‑quality presentations and analytical materials to support asset allocation and portfolio construction decisions.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications required for role
Knowledge
The successful candidate will be numerate, detail‑oriented, and comfortable analysing both quantitative and qualitative information, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
A strong commitment to serving clients’ best interests is essential.

Our Traineeship will introduce you to the world of investment management, allowing you to build industry knowledge, experience and relationships that will benefit your career and provide you with skills to secure a permanent role.
As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will also have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
