Programme information
You will join as a trainee as part of the Investment20/20 programme. While we can’t guarantee a permanent position at the end of the 12 month contract, it is our intention to make an offer to extend a further year, but this is up to how well you perform. 75% of Investment20/20 trainees are offered permanent positions.
Our traineeship will introduce you to investment management and you will gain industry knowledge, experience and develop relationships enabling you to progress your career and provide you with skills to secure a permanent role. We will support you in achieving a professional qualification if this is something you are interested in doing. As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
Our trainee programme is a fixed term one-year contract. You will receive 25 days annual leave. All roles are based in London.
Programme Summary
• Work closely with the Assistant to support the effective delivery of the CEO & COO’s priorities.
• Organise business travel arrangements as required, including booking flights, accommodation and visas.
• Calculate, process and submit expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and special delivery requirements.
• Take meeting minutes where required.
• Assist the CEO / COO’s Assistant with all event preparation requirements, including but not limited to; the printing and binding of materials, preparing name badges, organising merchandise, and ensuring all logistical elements are prepared in advance.
• Prepare, print, bind and collate documentation for meetings, presentations and senior-level engagements.
• Provide formatting and administrative support in the preparation of executive documents.
• Support to the CEO / COO & their Assistant with any ad hoc duties they may require.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information.
• Work collaboratively with the admin team

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism and maturity.
• A collaborative team player with a friendly, positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Additional
• At all times the role holder will adhere to FCA and SMCR rules as well as the Company’s policies and procedures. Where appropriate, the role holder will seek guidance from Head of Compliance, Senior Management or HR.
