As a Reporting and Risk Governance Apprentice in our Governance, Reporting and Controls Improvement team, you’ll be joining the part of M&G that helps keep our business running safely and smoothly. You will also gain experience supporting requests from senior leaders and committees, helping you see the bigger picture of how M&G is run.
As your confidence grows, you’ll be encouraged to take on more responsibility, follow established processes, share your ideas for improvements, and develop practical skills that will support your long‑term career development.

• Work with other Risk teams across the business to support the delivery of the team’s priorities for 2026.
• Learn about M&G’s Operational Risk Framework and standards, developing an understanding of how we manage risks and keep the business running safely.
