    Job Description:

    Job role: An exchange traded fund (ETF) is a basket of securities that trade on an exchange, just like a stock. ETF share prices fluctuate all day as the ETF is bought and sold.

    In this role you will be at the heart of our efforts to achieve great investment outcomes for our clients. The ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) Administration team is responsible for a number of ETF operations, both locally in Europe and globally. These operations, alongside close daily interaction with a number of teams, enable our Vanguard ETF products to function efficiently and effectively in the financial markets.

    You will have regular interaction with our portfolio managers and traders, as well as external service providers that send us data each day to perform the valuation of our baskets and other fund accounting experts throughout our department.

    Software used throughout the working day and on adhoc projects includes Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Power BI), Tableau and proprietary Vanguard systems used in the Vanguard ETF Ecosystem (Basket Valuation & Order Taking Systems).
