Job role: Have you always had an interest in Investments and want to get a foot in the door? We’ve got just the role for you to get some amazing experience, working within our high-performing European Equities team.
As a Trainee you’ll be researching, monitoring and conducting financial analysis of current or potential European denominated assets, under the supervision of one of our leading Fund Managers, as well as gaining an understanding of the various domestic and international factors affecting the European Equities market using data from Company meetings, stockbrokers, analysts and other published information. You’ll help contribute to the investment decision-making process, building up your knowledge of companies and sectors and you’ll learn about the various technical elements of the European stock market.
Sound exciting? You’ll need some strong numeracy skills for this one, and some knowledge of economics, preferably acquired from your degree. A clear interest in the investment management industry and some experience with Excel as a data manipulation tool would also be useful. We’re looking for people with genuine intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn, as well as the capability to work both independently and as part of our diverse and successful team.
