As a Client Services Apprentice, you’ll join Fidelity's academy and provide first line support to their customers, advisers and members. The Client Services team help customers to manage their investments easily, providing knowledge and guidance to support them in the future.
No two days are the same and, in your role, you can expect to be handling incoming calls from customers, making outbound customer calls, dealing with complex queries from customers by letter, phone or email, identifying innovations, or supporting new projects and initiatives.
As part of the academy, you’ll go on a journey which will help you build your knowledge and your confidence.
