Your opportunity

This role is to support the growth of Janus Henderson in Europe, and primarily that of the French and Belgium channels. You will work closely with the EMEA/LatAm Channel marketing team, as well as the wider marketing team, to deliver Janus Henderson’s wholesale marketing strategy and operations. You will:

• Assist the Marketing Managers in producing, updating or localising content that supports the sales strategy, in French and local language where appropriate
• Work with the wider marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and advertising activities
• Support digital communications, working closely with the digital teams
• Support the translation process and proofread translated materials
• Ensure the different websites are accurately updated and maintained
• Help monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Provide support with industry events as required (e.g., marketing materials, banners, merchandise etc.)
• Help manage and track invoices within marketing budget
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Investment20/20 Programme

Initially offers will be made for a 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract, our intention is to transition successful trainees into full time employees (FTE). This will of course depend on performance & development during the 12-month introduction period.

75% of Investment 20/20 trainees are offered permanent positions at the end of their 12-month programme. Our trainee programme will introduce you to investment management and you will gain industry knowledge, experience, and develop relationships enabling you to progress your career.  You will have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and Industry insight events.
