Investment20/20 trainee programme
The Programme is designed to equip Trainees with the necessary skills to secure permanent work at Columbia Threadneedle, or elsewhere, at the end of the year.
There are many areas for our successful candidates to join:
- Investments team
- Distribution and sales
- A rotation between two of the following departments: IT, Performance and Client Reporting, Finance and Investment Operations.
