Our careers outreach programme brings together investment management employers with education, giving a real-life insight into working in the sector.
A range of activities and workshops are included in our outreach programme, and are available to schools, colleges, universities, charities, and other organisations that support people looking at jobs and careers.
Our career outreach activities provide an:
- overview of the investment management sector
- introduction to the broad range of career pathways in the sector, including human resources, marketing and social media, investment operations, sales, data, technology, compliance, and many other job areas
- insight into navigating a way into the sector as a school and college leaver, or as a graduate.
Our Investment Ambassadors, which include Investment20/20 trainees and apprentices, support the delivery of our outreach activities, and provide an opportunity to hear about the career journeys of individuals working in the sector.
Activities are delivered in person, where possible, although we can also deliver virtually if preferred.
